Absolutely amazing experience at Meet and Greet! I tried the Nashville and Ginger burgers along with fries and a soda, and everything was oven-fresh and bursting with flavor. The Nashville burger had the perfect kick, and the Ginger burger was a unique and delicious twist I didn't expect to love so much. The fries were crispy and golden, just how I like them. What made it even better was the outstanding service—super friendly and fast. You can tell they care about both their food and their customers. Highly recommend this food truck if you’re looking for quality, flavor, and great vibes. I’m definitely coming back!

My first visit to Hilltop Truck Park for one reason only this evening: The BEST Korean BBQ at Gogi Time BBQ! I met one of the lovely owners, Susan, and she was an absolute delight to have a chat with, albeit a tad windy and cold. She gratefully brought my order to the car when it was complete so I didn’t have to get out in the cold again. Customer service at its finest folks! As usual I couldn’t wait until I got home to dig in, so I opened the order of Mandu/wontons, the only thing I could eat successfully while driving! Crisp on the outside, juicy and flavorful meat/veggies/noodles on the inside and a sauce with a little zip on the side. The perfect appetizer to hold me over until I got home! As soon as I got home I dug into the Galbi Rib and Bulgolgi Bowls, and Ohmygosh the FLAVORS! So on point, so tender, the Asian Slaw was a great compliment, cold, tangy, crisp, and the rice was perfect catching the sauce from the meats! I’ll return to these guys over and over, and as soon as they get the construction complete at the park, the rest of the food trucks will be back, and this place will be such a hot spot. Great job Gogi Time BBQ, may your lines always be long and your smiles always be bright!

This was a surprise stop while riding on 407. The BBQ truck had something awesome called burnt bits which I say is a must try. The Mexican food truck was pretty good too. There are many other food trucks that seem worth a try for next time.

We stopped at Hilltop for an overnight stay on our way from Florida to Colorado. Trouper was waiting for us when we arrived to help get us settled. So many amenities on site including a food truck park with a huge variety of yummy food, a beautiful grill shop with all your cooking needs and some you didn’t even know you need, and an adorable chocolate factory, all within walking distance! This was our first harvest host stop and won’t be our last but I don’t how we’ll top it. If you’re passing through Texas and need a place to stay, check them out!

This place is awesome! I have only tried three of the food trucks but all three have been top notch! Gogi time Korean BBQ has the best bulgogi fried rice I have ever had! the Gyro food truck has an awesome Gyro bowl! Best of all you can sit at the bar and have a drink while you wait and they even allow you to eat at the bar! I can’t wait to check out bingo night on Tuesdays @ 6:00pm. I will definitely be back

This place is so wonderful my family and I have been here a couple of times. Very family friendly. And a great place to hang out with friends. They have a good variety of food trucks to choose from including a bar in the middle. There’s enough seating and parking. I’ve noticed they throw events every so often. I have not yet to join but plan to. Definitely a great staple in the community.
